Align is an over-the-counter dietary supplement that helps to even out the ups and downs of common digestive upsets such as constipation, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, urgency, gas, and bloating. Align contains a unique probiotic (friendly bacteria) called Bifantis that helps build and keep a healthy digestive system.

How should it be used?

This product is available in capsule form, and should be taken once a day. You may take it with or without food.

Before you take this product check with your doctor first.

Side Effects

DO NOT take Align if you are allergic or sensitive to milk protein or soy protein.

Call your doctor immediately if you experience signs of an allergic reaction including:

  • Diarrhea
  • Feeling sick
  • Fever, shivering/chills, rash
  • Muscle and bone pain
  • Kidney problems (changes in the amount of urine or color of urine)
  • Tiredness, dizziness
  • Itching
  • Swelling
  • Trouble breathing

Storage Conditions

Store at room temperature and in its original container. Keep bottle tightly closed.

Protect from sunlight and moisture.

Keep out of reach of children.

Emergency/Overdose

Call the national poison control center 1-800-222-1222 or 911 in the event of overdose. Symptoms of an overdose include vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, fever, chills, and other signs of infection.

Pediatric Use

Align can be taken by children. If your child can’t swallow the capsule, it is OK to open the capsule and sprinkle the contents into a cold drink or food and use it right away if you do.

Align Ingredients

-Bifantis (probiotic), microcystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsule USP grade, magnesium stearate, sugar, sodium caseinate, sodium citrate dihydrate, propyl gallate, FD&C blue #2

-Contains milk and soy ingredients. Lactose free.
